Hydraulic robotics is represented on the market by the ROIN line of robotic tools. The line of robotic tools includes four platforms: P070, P100, P300, P700 weighing from two to ten tons.
The main purpose of robots in construction is dismantling. This is labor intensive and potentially dangerous work, regardless of site conditions. An equally difficult task is the selective demolition of concrete elements in an existing structure for repair using heavy equipment. To date, our robots are remotely controlled at a distance of up to 5 km, are manufactured with heat-resistant and radiation-resistant protection. For example, in the nuclear industry, P100 and P300 are used to dismantle nuclear legacy facilities in conditions of high radiation levels.
INTEHROS also supplies ROIN_TRM tiltrotators installed between the excavator boom and attachments. The use of FPU brings the efficiency of the use of earth-moving equipment to a qualitatively new level. Unlimited rotation and tilt of the working tool provide convenient manipulation, while at any time you can change attachments in less than a minute.
