Overhaul of the bridge over the Oka River at km 115 + 180 of the Don highway Moscow – Voronezh – Rostov on Don – Krasnodar – Novorossiysk.

The work was carried out in stages:

1. Dismantling of reinforced concrete elements of the bridge deck and sidewalk slabs of the superstructure,
2. Dismantling of reinforced concrete beams of the superstructure,
3. Dismantling of reinforced concrete elements of frame consoles,
4. Dismantling of reinforced concrete elements of massive columns.

1. Dismantling of the bridge deck and sidewalk slabs was carried out using disc cutting systems, the web was cut into cards no more than 2000×3000 mm in size and removed with a 25t capacity wheeled crane, loaded into dump trucks and transported to the processing site.

2-3. Dismantling of reinforced concrete elements of the superstructure and elements of the frame consoles was carried out as follows.

a) Installation of metal structures of safety devices that keep reinforced concrete span girders from overturning;

b) Cutting a longitudinal seam along the slab with a diamond wire cutter to separate the beam from the superstructure;

c) Slinging of the dismantled beam using a traverse and dismantling the beam with a 300t crane. Loading a beam onto a beam carrier and delivery to the site with a cutting stand and subsequent cutting at the stand.

d) Cutting the beam into blocks with a diamond wire cutting machine with loading the blocks by a 300t truck crane into a tractor with a 20t lug semitrailer and transporting them to the site for the processing of reinforced concrete. designs.

In addition, the following additional operations were carried out to dismantle the main beams located above the water:

a) The dismantling of the elements of the main beams must be carried out in a balanced way, alternating the dismantling of the elements to the left and right relative to the support body

b) Installation of suspended garbage collection, drainage scaffolds with cantilever frame beams;

c) Installation of gutters, drainage pipes and for collecting, draining and filtering water when cutting reinforced concrete structures;

d) Installation of the working side scaffolds at the level of the upper chord of the frame cantilever beams.

4. Dismantling of supports

Dismantling of the channel supports was carried out using a tower crane with a capacity of 80 t, dismantling of the shore supports using a crawler crane with a capacity of 180 t. The supports were cut by diamond wire sawing systems in accordance with the lifting capacity of the cranes, segments of the channel supports were loaded onto a barge and transported to the shore for processing.
