New concrete crushers HammerMaster DCC with DemaPower 2.0 cylinder.
The newly developed HammerMaster DCC concrete crushers are engineered to designed to demolish thick reinforced concrete such as bridges, silos, quays and heavy foundations and to achieve the best performance / weight ratio thanks to the revolutionary DemaPower 2.0 cylinder technology.
It’s for the first time in the world a manufacturer uses a different cylinder technique as usual. Normally it’s based on two oil chambers with yes or no speed valve cylinder out. The patented DemaPower 2.0 Technology is based on four cylinder chambers, two-way oil regeneration for open-close in combination with high cylinder forces in shears. The DemaPower 2.0 system generates 25% more power which results in a closing force equivalent to shears one or 2 sizes up. The speed valve works in two directions: while working in Speed-modus and the jaw opens or closes during operation and gets resistance then the speed valve changes from Speed-modus to Power-modus. This unique feature results in extremely fast cycle times. In general the DXS shears deliver 20-30% more performance than the competition.
