Conference of the NADO for the disposal of construction and demolition waste

From 21 to 23 March, Wasma, the international exhibition of equipment for waste management, will take place in Moscow.

On March 22, Wasma will host a conference of the NADO on the disposal of construction and demolition waste.

PPK Russian Ecological Operator will act as a Co-organizer of the Wasma 2022 exhibition.

In the current situation of strong pressure on the Russian economy, it is extremely important to maintain priorities in the implementation of the plans developed and the fulfillment of the tasks set. Don’t stop while in crisis management mode. A strategy of continuous development today is indispensable for a sustainable recovery after the end of the crisis. In this regard, the National Association of Demolition Organizations is actively involved in the implementation of a program to reduce the volume of waste from the demolition of buildings and structures entering the sites, to introduce a circular economy system.

During the conference, speakers will delve into the importance of construction and demolition waste, its prospects as secondary material resources and suitability for the production of new building materials. Questions will be considered about the readiness of the industry for digital technologies in terms of monitoring the movement of construction and demolition waste, the possibility of scaling such a system. In addition to the main topic, solutions for the use of industrial waste in the building materials industry will be presented.
