SnosStroyInvest Group of Companies is completing the demolition of a multifunctional complex on Volgogradsky Prospekt in Moscow for Specialized Developer Granel Atlant LLC.
Under the contract, SnoosStroyInvest dismantles structures with a total construction volume of over 73 thousand m3, and also disposes of construction waste in order to prepare a site for the construction of the HighWay Apart-complex from Granel Group of Companies.
The total area of the territory of the dismantled buildings of the multifunctional complex with apartments, sports and recreation facilities and leisure centers is about 20 thousand m2. Various equipment is involved in the implementation of the project, including HITACHI-350 demolition excavators.
The complex of dismantling works for the demolition of the multifunctional complex includes mechanized demolition and manual dismantling of the aboveground part of buildings, dismantling of foundations and disposal of construction waste to landfills in accordance with open permits for the movement of waste. A feature of this project is the work in the technical area of the Moscow Metro.

The HighWay apartment complex will be a monolithic building with variable number of storeys up to 23 floors with a parking lot for 198 cars. The apartments include one-, two- and three-room euro-format lots with a kitchenette and bay windows. The project is at the approval stage.
