A strategic session on the development of human and technological potential of the waste management industry was held at the site of the PIC REO

The manager of the NADO Association, Artem Kondratiev, acted as an expert on the issues of construction and demolition waste management.

Even key industry stakeholders do not understand what kind of personnel of what specialties and levels of training they need now and in the future, what technologies are not provided to the right extent by specialists, who will work on localized equipment and maintain it, which makes it impossible to set up a unified strategy for developing the human resources potential of the economy closed cycle.

As a result of the 2-day strategy session on September 16th and 17th:

• The current structure of the training system for the circular economy has been determined;
• Staff shortages and needs in the transition to a circular economy were diagnosed;
• The key directions for the development of scientific, educational and technological complexes have been determined;
• Perspective directions of personnel transformation in the conditions of transition to a circular economy have been established;
