“According to our information, LSR is planning to build comfort or business class housing on this site,” says Vadim Konovalov, Deputy Director for Production at SnostroyInvest. – We, in turn, must carry out the demolition of buildings and structures, as well as carry out a full preparation of this site for further construction. The main feature of the dismantling project for us is that the former production buildings are located in the area of residential buildings that are directly adjacent to the construction site.
For the implementation of the project, SnosStroyInvest plans to attract more than 20 units of tracked vehicles with various attachments, as well as more than 40 dump trucks. Dismantling works are planned to be divided into three stages and to be completed at the beginning of the third quarter of this year. Upon completion of the work, all generated construction waste will be removed and disposed of. And the customer of the work will receive a cleared area of the land plot with a vertical layout in the marks of the existing improvement.
