The Procurement Forum in Construction and Design will be held on February 24, 2022, in person in Yekaterinburg, online participation from anywhere in the world. According to the organizers, SRO “Ural Association of Builders” and SRO “League of Design Organizations”, the forum, among other things, is designed to establish new contacts between construction, design customers and contractors.
The forum will be attended by representatives of customers from macro-regions of Russia who work under 44 Federal Laws (from Irkutsk, the Urals, Crimea to Dagestan), capital repairs funds, from Kaliningrad to Saratov, the largest customers under 223 Federal Laws – Gazprom Procurement, VTB Bank , Inter RAO, Progorod (subsidiary of VEB.RF, integrated development of territories, including the Far East and Artik). The international “highlight” of the forum will be the exchange of experience with customers and designers from Austria and the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The uniqueness of the forum is that it will collect systemic problems in the legislation on procurement in the field of construction and design according to 44 FZ, 223 FZ, 615 Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from different regions of Russia. Each forum participant will be able to report problems in the legislation that hinder business development. All proposals will be sent to the executive authorities of Russia. Among the results of the forum in 2021 are 50 real initiatives to improve legislation.
Forum experts, representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation will evaluate the effectiveness of the proposals of the participants. Deputies of the State Duma who are in charge of procurement issues have been invited.
In addition, customers and contractors will also be able to learn about the mechanisms for the mandatory implementation of BIM technologies, address their questions to experts on controversial situations in the application of legislation, on the examination of project documentation, construction control and pricing.

The forum is held with the information support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the National Association of Designers and Surveyors.
