Demolition of a complex of multi-storey buildings 44 meters high in the city of Adler, Krasnodar Territory.
The demolition of multi-storey buildings in dense urban development, as well as on a plot of land on two of four sides bounded by water (sea and river, as well as the city beach) was carried out.
The work was carried out in a combined manner in accordance with the design project and with particular care.
Several buildings were lowered to a mark of 30 meters with the help of small mechanization and manual labor for the further use of a destroyer excavator, the rest were up to 15 meters, respectively, for the use of less heavy and overall equipment, all this is due to very dense buildings and cramped conditions.
In the most (dangerous) confined areas during the production of work, solutions were applied such as:
-directed collapse of several spans of the building over a previously specified area,
– protective nets for neighboring buildings made of 4 layers,
– protective screens measuring 20/30 meters.
When passing hazardous areas, not standard technology was used.
Dust suppression and irrigation cannons for dismantled structures were used to reduce dust.
All reinforced concrete was transported to crushing sites and crushed on a jaw crusher, as well as sorted into fractions and sent for secondary use.
