On an area of 12 hectares, industrial premises with a construction volume of more than 600 thousand m3 will be demolished, which previously belonged to the All-Russian Research Institute of Radio Equipment, which is part of the largest holding of the Russian military -industrial complex Concern Almaz-Antey.
On this site, LSR Group plans to build business-class housing. To implement the project, more than 20 units of tracked special equipment with various attachments were involved, including 2 demolition excavators, more than 40 dump trucks, as well as 2 crushing and screening complexes.
The main feature of the project is the tight deadlines for dismantling, as well as the location of production buildings in the area of historical residential and industrial buildings. At the moment, 70% of the total volume of work has been completed, which is planned to be completed at the end of the third quarter of this year.
All construction waste generated in the process of dismantling will be recycled, and the territory vacated for further construction – technical reclamation.
