Diamond cutting of reinforced concrete structures for preparation for construction of RC “RED7”.
RBM LLC performed a set of works on dismantling underground reinforced concrete structures using diamond cutting tools. Dismantling took place in cramped conditions and was accompanied by related work on the installation of metal structures of the spacer system, as well as bored piles. After the installation of a spacer system made of metal structures and BNS with idle drilling of more than 16 m (drilling was carried out from the ground level on specially designed platforms), the basement part of the building with four underground floors, including the foundation slab, was completely dismantled. During the work, HILTI diamond rigs were used, as well as forklifts moving along the structures that have not yet been dismantled.
