4. Partial performance of works in a semi-mechanical way using electromechanical tools and special equipment for fireless cutting.
5. Manual method of disassembling and cutting technological equipment by types of metal (steel, aluminum, brass, cable products).
6. Sorting of all waste by types and fractions with the aim of further returning to the production cycle.
7. Carrying out work at a hazardous production facility in the conditions of the 3rd climatic zone.

More than 50 units of special equipment and equipment were used (Doosan 340 crawler excavators with attachments, a hydraulic hammer, hydraulic shears, a bucket – 7 units, a crane with a lifting capacity of 400 tons, a crane with a lifting capacity of 100 tons, a crane with a lifting capacity of 50 tons, cranes with a lifting capacity of 25 tons – 4 units, dump trucks -30 units ., a scrap truck with a grab – 3 units, a hydraulic lift with a boom reach of up to 35m, a fire truck, special equipment for fireless cutting.

The dismantling process consisted of six stages:

1. Dismantling of the aboveground part (equipment, pipelines, metal structures, buildings, and structures).
2. Dismantling of the underground part (tanks, pipelines, foundations).
3. Cleaning of metal structures from insulation.
4. Dismantling and cutting of technological equipment and pipelines by type of metal.
5. Sorting, loading and removal of construction waste for further disposal.
6. Backfilling with soil, vertical leveling of the territory.

The work was carried out under the direct control of the Customer’s management, the dismantling of the units was carried out in a short time with high quality, in strict accordance with the Customer’s requirements.
