Rotar Concrete Crusher with new RAMPLIFIER technology!
Our Motivation.
At Rotar we believe that machines always can work more efficient. From this philosophy, we develop and manufacture state-of-the-art demolition and recycling attachments for hydraulic excavators and wheeled Loaders. Our main objective is; making products that guarantee operational continuity, low operational costs, optimal availability, maximum performance, against lowest environmental impact.
Rotar has decided to develop a concrete crusher to complete their range of demolition attachments. During the investigations and customers feedback on the existing tools in the market, we came to several conclusions. The tools available on the market were not strong enough, or they had the right forces, but were extremely slow. (2 large cylinder/ram’s) need to be feed every cycle of the concrete crushers. Machines drivers commented that single motions cycle times of 7 seconds were extremely boring and unsatisfying the productivity of such tools. On high-reach applications where the oil doesn’t go back to the tank (distance / capacity of lines), the oil is getting extreme hot if too much narrowing in the infrastructure of the tools and couplers are effective. Leakage, backpressure, fuel consumption are all negative effected by most of those tools.
Rotar answers with innovations.
Rotar has designed a new concrete crusher (RCC 30). The objective was to create an extreme powerful crusher, with fast cycle times, low operational temperatures and minimum impact on the tool carrier. At Rotar we develop in house, beside the construction itself, also many hydraulic components. Only this way we could design a tool with all parameters fine-tuned for this specific target.
Rotar introduces therefore their new “RAMPLIFIER” technology. The Rotar “RAMPLIFIER” is an hydraulic driven power cell inside a piston rod. This cell activates at a certain pressure and increases the pressure up to 700 bar. Rotar has chosen for a smaller size cylinder with optimal ratio, to improve the cycle times of their new concrete crusher. The new “RAMPLIFIER” technology compensates the power of the cylinders, to meet the highest standards of such tools, available on the market nowadays. While the “RAMPLIFIER” is inside the cylinder and surrounded by oil, there is hardly any noise increase on the tool. The new technology is well protected inside the cylinder rod, and not easy to disturb by the operation. The “RAMPLIFIER” technology is a cartridge which is accessible and replaceable for service and maintenance. The system offers:

The new RCC 30 is installed with an optimised hydraulic infrastructure. All hydraulic lines and components are fitted with extra-large internal diameters. This results in faster cycle times, lower back pressure, lower temperature, lower fuel consumption, longer lifetime of all seals.
With the easy replaceable crusher teeth`s, the tool is easier to maintain. Less welding in the construction, less down time in the field, better quality wear resistant steel.
