Artem Kondratev spoke at the conference Urban Development 2021

From May 25 to May 27, 2021, the 4th All-Russian Practical Seminar – Urban Planning Activities 2021 was held in Moscow.

The event was organized by the University of the Ministry of Construction and the State Budgetary Institution “Mosstroyinform” with the support of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow and the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.

The moderator of the session “FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TERRITORIES” was Anna Sergeevna Kurbatova – Director of the Institute for the Integrated Development of Territories LLC.

Speakers:

• Degtyareva Irina Ivanovna – Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Agency for Industrial Development of the City of Moscow.
• Martirosov Eduard Georgievich – Head of the Department of Engineering Infrastructure, Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the State Autonomous Institution “Research and Development Institute of the Gradplan of the City of Moscow”.
• Mishieva Elina Shalmiyevna Deputy Head of the Resettlement Directorate of the Moscow City Property Department.
• Kondratev Artem Aleksandrovich – Manager of the National Association of Demolitioning Organizations of Russia.

During the conference, the speakers discussed the objects included in the boundaries of residential buildings, bans on the withdrawal of storage for the purposes of residential buildings, innovations in the RF Housing Code to ensure housing rights of citizens in the implementation of residential buildings, objects included in the boundaries of non-residential buildings, bans on confiscation of storage facilities for the purpose of commercial development of non-residential buildings, the rights of tenants of objects included in the borders of the KTP, and a comparative analysis of the integrated development of territories with a successfully implemented renovation program was carried out.

In the context of further development of renovation programs and integrated development of territories, the retrospective of the generation of waste volumes from the demolition of buildings and structures in Russia shows an annual increase. In this connection, the issue of rational and environmentally friendly handling of the generated waste becomes especially urgent.

The National Association of Dismantling Organizations of Russia proposes a number of specific measures to ensure the viability of the concept of involving waste from the demolition of buildings and structures into secondary production, which was described in detail by Artem Kondratev.
