NOPSM Association is a non-profit association uniting the largest Russian manufacturers of building materials.
The Association was founded in 2015 by the efforts of professional participants in the construction market and industry associations with the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
The purpose of the creation of the NOPSM is to represent and protect the professional interests of manufacturers of building materials, organize cooperation with foreign colleagues, their unions, associations, financial organizations, work in the field of legislative initiatives in order to develop the building materials industry.
