On September 9, 2020, the first General Meeting of Members of the National Association of Dismantling Organizations (“NADO”) was held in Moscow
Location: Russia, 107014, Moscow, st. Rusakovskaya, 24. Holliday Inn.
Currently twenty one professional companies are members of the NADO.
The meeting was also attended by:
- – Deputy Head of the Department of Experimental Design and Construction of the State Budgetary Institution “Mosstroyrazvitie”, Member of the Open Expert Group on BIM of the Public Council of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation, Leading Researcher, Expert of the Institute of Management and Information Modeling of the University of the Ministry of Construction NIISF RAASN – Alexey Chikov; < / li>
- – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of TsNIIPromzdaniy JSC Nikolay Nikolayevich Trekin;
- – Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Chief Researcher of JSC TsNIIPromzdaniy Kodysh Emil Naumovich.
The agenda of the General Meeting was the following:
- – formulation of the fundamental principles of the strategy of the “NADO” for 2021.
- – making a decision to create the Code of Corporate Ethics of the “NADO”
- – election of members of the Board of the “NADO”
- – an overview of the current situation with the curricula of universities and additional vocational education (MGSU and the University of the Ministry of Construction).
- – modern opportunities for the development of programs, including specific cases from industry participants (BIM and modern technology).
- – proposals for NADO’s participation in the training system for the construction industry.
- – overview of the current situation with contract bidding and attracting contractors
- – organization of demolition works of a technical customer
- – the reasons for low qualifications and the consequences of hiring incompetent contractors
- – ways to improve the efficiency of the industry and specialization in specific types of work
- – proposals for the creation of a register of contractor qualifications NADO
- – development of NADO’s internal standard for the prequalification of demolition contractors
- – development of standards for interaction with external counterparties and protection of interests of NADO participants
- – overview of the current standardization situation
- – gaps in legislation, problems preventing participants from working effectively
- – proposals for the revision of the regulatory and technical (JV and GOST) and legal framework (laws, government regulations) for the organization of demolition and disposal.

Grigory Frich has been appointed President of the “NADO”.
