SnosStroyInvest Group of Companies has started dismantling buildings on Ilmensky prospect in Moscow for JSC LSR. Real Estate – M “with the aim of preparing a construction site for further construction.
The developer LSR Nedvizhimost-Moscow has attracted the SnoosStroyInvest Group of Companies for the dismantling and preparation of the territory in the Degunino-Likhobory industrial zone of the Western Degunino district of the Northern Administrative District of Moscow, where the construction of a residential complex of 11 buildings with a total area of over 500 thousand square meters is planned. m, of which 300 thousand sq. m will be needed for housing. Construction work on the site is due to begin in 2021.
As part of the turnkey complex dismantling project, the specialists of the SnosStroyInvest Group of Companies have to do a lot of design and obtain all the necessary permits, namely: the opening of the OATI Order, the approval of the project for the dismantling of buildings in the OPS Mosgortrest, conducting a technical survey of buildings, submitting a notification about the planned demolition of a capital construction object, obtaining a permit for the movement of waste, obtaining from resource supplying organizations (Mosgaz, Rosseti (MOESK), MGTS, MOEK, Mododokanal, Mosvodostok) certificates of disconnection from utilities of demolished buildings, as well as the installation of temporary structures and fences.
It is noteworthy that one of the recently acquired JCB JS 305 LC excavators from 30 tons and more, recently acquired by the SnoosStroyInvest Group of Companies, will be involved in the project.

In the future residential complex, its own infrastructure is planned – an underground parking, a school for 1275 places and two preschool educational institutions – one built-in and one detached (in total for 550 places).
