“Kommersant”: the government has revised plans to increase waste collection for special equipment

30.04.2021

As a result of a meeting recently held with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, it was decided not to increase the utilization fee for a number of categories of special equipment. This was reported by “Kommersant”.

The scrappage rate will remain the same for wheel loaders, forklifts and front loaders over 50 hp, bulldozers, excavators over 65 hp, rollers and pavers over 100 hp. In addition, the government refused to increase the collection rate for cars older than three years.

Earlier, the NADO Association opposed an increase in the waste collection for special equipment, due to the fact that in Russia there are no analogues of foreign specialized equipment for performing work on the demolitioning of buildings and structures.
