SnoosStroyInvest Group of Companies has completed the demolition of buildings and structures for the further construction of a multifunctional complex with apartments, fitness and recreation facilities and leisure centers on Volgogradsky Prospekt in Moscow.
The total construction volume of dismantled buildings and structures was over 73 thousand m3. All dismantling works, as well as measures for the disposal of construction waste in accordance with the obtained permission for the movement of waste and work on technical reclamation of the territory with a total area of 20 thousand m2 were carried out efficiently and on time.
The project involved special tracked vehicles with various attachments, including Doosan 240 and Doosan 280.
As a reminder, one of the features of the project was work in the technical area of the Moscow Metro. And on the vacated territory the Specialized developer “Granel Atlant” plans to build the HighWay Apart-complex.
