Demolitioning of Roskar poultry houses within the framework of modernization

SnosStroyInvest Group of Companies dismantled the buildings of 2 poultry houses of JSC Poultry Farm Roskar, located in Pervomayskoye settlement, Vyborgsky District, Leningrad Region.

The total area of the territory of the enterprise, which consists of six buildings of poultry houses, is 32 thousand m2. SnosStroyInvest dismantled two buildings of 4-storey poultry houses 15 m high and vacated an area of 3.6 thousand m2. The volume of demolished buildings amounted to 53 thousand m3. “The peculiarity of this project was that all the work was carried out on the territory of the operating enterprise, where broiler chickens were located in the neighboring buildings,” says Sergey Gerilovich, General Director of SnostroyInvest.

The complex of demolition work included the dismantling of the aboveground and underground parts of buildings: concrete slabs of foundations, roofs, reinforced concrete floors, columns and beams, bearing walls and partitions made of bricks. The dismantling process involved, among other things, HITACHI 2X240, JCB 3CX, CAT 330CL Demolition demolition excavators and others.

The work was carried out as part of the modernization of poultry buildings and the further replacement of equipment for keeping poultry.
