Leading ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the scientific, expert and business communities take part in the Seminar.
The Managing Director of the NADO Association, Artem Kondratyev, will make a speech on the development of the cyclical economy in Russia using the example of the dismantling industry.
At the Seminar, explanations will be given on changes in urban planning activities and the prospects for the development of legislation. In the course of the final joint discussions, proposals for the improvement and development prospects of urban planning activities will be developed.
As part of the events, advanced training “Urban planning activities – 2021” is carried out with the issuance of a Certificate of advanced training of the University of the Ministry of Construction NIISF RAASN.
